General Terms:The Client(you) must be 18 years or older.
The Artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason, with or without explanation. You will be given a full refund if this is the case.
The Artist may update, change, or remove any part of this Terms of Service at any time.
The Artist does not and will not engage in or allow any association with NFTs, AI-generated content, or cryptocurrency-related usage.
This includes using the Artist’s work for training AI datasets or any form of commercial crypto exploitation.Terms of Use:
All commissions are for Personal Use Only.Commercial rights are not included and must be discussed and purchased separately.The Client may not:Sell, edit, trace, crop, alter, color-over, reproduce, distribute, remove watermarks, or otherwise modify the artwork.Use the work in any way to train AI or allow third parties to use it for such purposes.Intellectual Property Rights:The Artist retains full rights to the artwork created.For original characters: The Client retains rights to the character concept only, not the artwork.For fan art: Rights to the character(s) remain with their original creators. The Client does not hold rights to the artwork or character.The Artist may:Post the commission on social media, portfolios, art galleries, or use it in promotional materials, including prints and merchandise.Record, stream, or display the creation process unless otherwise agreed upon.For privacy concerns, please request a Private Commission (see below).Deadlines and Revisions:
Deadlines must be agreed upon in advance.The Artist requires a minimum of 5 business days to complete any commission. This may be longer depending on my queue and complexity.Revisions are allowed during the thumbnail and sketch stages.Any revisions after these stages may incur a ~10% revision fee.Minor tweaks (e.g., color correction or small adjustments) do not count as major revisions.Payments and Fees:
Payment is accepted via PayPal, Goods and Services.
I do accept Payment Plans BUT work will not begin until I have the full payment.
Additional fees may apply, including: Private Commission Fee (excludes art from public sharing): ~15%. Revision Fee: ~10% for post-sketch revisions. Rush Fee: Varies based on complexity and timeline. To be discussed post-form submission. Complexity Fee: Added for intricate props,or additional characters. Backgrounds, Tattoos, Mobility aids, etc are included in my prices.Refund Policy:
All sales are final and non-refundable unless:The Artist is unable to start or complete the commission.
I do not allow refunds due to client financial situations, please do not trauma dump on me.The Artist may cancel and refund a commission at any time if the Client:Violates the T.O.S.Becomes unresponsive or disrespectful.Clients who violate these terms forfeit the right to any refund and may be blacklisted from future commissionsWhat I Will Draw:✔ Dark Fantasy / Fantasy Art✔ Original Characters / Fan Art✔ Pin-Ups / Portraits / Concept Design✔ Humans / Humanoids / Some Animals✔ Landscapes / Natural Environments✔ Gore / Horror / Blood / Guts✔ Artistic Nudity / NSFW (within legal limits)

You will receive:
A polished, custom piece of artwork based on your request.Responsive customer service with WIP (work-in-progress) updates—daily, weekly, or monthly as appropriate.
Adoptables:
All of my adoptions are non refundable! This includes if you are blacklisted. If you are blacklisted the character comes back to me and I will keep or resell at my discretion.Final Disclaimer:
